The Michelle Carmazi Foundation is dedicated to advancing the well-being and prosperity of all humanity, transcending geographical and demographic boundaries. While our primary focus is helping children, our mission is to uplift all those in need and enhance their quality of life. Through the contributions we receive and our commitment to transparency, integrity, and respect, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who need help.
We aim to honor the legacy of compassion embodied by Michelle by leaving our own mark of benevolence on the world. Together, we endeavor to fulfill our duty to humanity, one act of kindness at a time.

A Message From Our Board
Our Foundation's name holds the same weight and significance to us as Michelle's own name does, and we handle our reputation with that level of care.
When we began discussing doing something charitable in Michelle's name, we had a hard time finding an organization that shared our specific goals and managed donations in a way that we thought was transparent and efficient enough. It was important to each of us to know that donations in Michelle's name go to the true cause we wanted to support, and not operating expenses for the respective organization collecting donations. Eventually, we decided that instead of searching for what we wanted, we should create it ourselves.
With this in mind, in addition to following our Mission Statement, we are committed to transparency and keeping operating expenses at an absolute minimum so that those in need receive as much help as possible.
While we are not seeking public contributions at this time, maintaining this perspective is a cornerstone of our Foundation. We look forward to finding new ways of sharing details on our spending with the public in the years to come.​
